Tremendous night at Harefield on Saturday. Good turnout as well as being championed by our friends from Bushey.
The band settled quickly into their stride, riding a warm reception from the crowd. The four long-time incumbents are joined on stage in the second half by Lamb Bristow singing ‘Big Boss Man’ and ‘Walking the Dog’.
Climax ended by performing ‘House of The Rising Sun’ which morphed into high energy heavy rock.
I took a taxi home to Stanmore where the affable driver was chatting away until he switched on some music. It took a minute for the penny to drop before I realized the music was from one of our J45s CDs!
