Sat 3rd Feb - Colnbrook Party

Ye Olde George Inn in Colnbrook birthday party on Saturday not all it was cracked to be albeit very busy and audience dancing to tables.

No free refreshments as had been previously indicated and birthday boy made no contact with the J45s

Everyone appeared to have a good time and band played very well

Look forward to The Bee in Burham on Sat 10th Feb.

Sat 13th Jan and Sat 20th Jan

What a good little birthday bash we had Sat 15t Jan at The Old Shepherd in Chorleywood and Sat 20th Jan at R&J in Kilbirnie Scotland.
Thank you to all friends, musicians for making the effort to watch the sour faced sixty year old indulge on stage with The J45s.
Thanks for the memory. Thanks for being there.

Great gig at the Halfway House in Ricky. Good set, even the weaker songs had their moments. J45s ripped into the hearts and souls of the audience with great voice and intense guitar playing. Cracking! RR

I have got to be honest here and say when I walked into my local London Stone and saw bunch of old geezers and was about to leave for another pub but may mate Gus had already got beers so hung around. You know what, glad I did, ffs what a great band and brilliant night! I’ll be checking for when your back. Ace! Colin (the guy waving at band at end of night)

I listened to more of your work, and I am just floored. Can't Say Goodbye is my favorite! Your music sounds better than radio stations spin nowadays. Jack Taylor OBE

Really enjoyed seeing you guys again, it has been a while and the passing of time has not dampened your enthusiasm or fantastic ability to perform and entertain. I held some reservations as to whether or not your style of music would go down that well with the social finery of Dunstable....... but .....no need to worry, after the first couple of numbers you had the floor packed for the majority of the night and the times that the dance floor wasn't that busy was more for the dancers to catch their breath. I loved every minute of it I will see you soon again I hope. Sean

Tavern gig. Throughout the two lengthy sets there was virtuoso skills on the guitar; a vocalist who had a powerful set of lungs as he proved with a wicked Steve Earle's "Copperhead Road" and a raucous "Kansas City Southern". What a pleasant change it makes to hear someone get up who can really sing. Henry Johnson

The Dome Bar was a good night. Original unique voice and fingers coax or hammer extraordinary noises out of the guitar. Nice surprise to hear jazz swing version of Route 66. Utterly superb! Look forward to next your gig our way James
