So what's is so special about The J45s?

Now in their seventh year, having performed more than 580 shows, a national mailing list exceeding 2,000, The J45s are established as a premier blues-Rock, Soul Americana attraction in the South East.

'This band may not look like your typical rock stars however they can certainly keep an audience dancing!
With fiery lead guitar solos, a solid rhythm section and vocalists with harmonies that are tight and powerful.
You might never see the likes of Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Stones or The Animals live but don’t worry – The J45s are better than the real thing!' - Hector Thomas - Westward Magazine - April 2018“

In the past band members have played with Huw Lloyd-Langton , Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, Zoot Money and The Lone Strangers

Fri 22nd June - The Blacksmiths Arms in St Albans

First gig of the 'Thirsty Cowboys Tour' well on its way!

Dancing the night away at The Blacksmiths Arms in St Albans .

It did not look promising at start with everybody outside in large beer garden watching the World Cup. Football over, the pub filled up and the party began. Both bouncers and bar staff very complimentary. Definitely a good gig!

Hope to see you at our next gig, which is on Friday 6th July 2018 at Black Horse, Eastcote

Sat 16th June - The Tavern in Old Welwyn

From an indifferent to attuned enthusiastic audience made this a worthwhile gig at The Tavern in Welwyn.

It was definitely a gig of two halves.

Thank you both manager and bar staff.Bassist Terry Peaker had and afternoon gig in Pinner before this gig last night so was in top form

.Hope to see you at our next gig, which is on Friday 22nd June 2018 at The Blacksmiths Arms, St Albans
